Mount Crossfit X BurgerFuel

Our BurgerFuel Tauranga and Mt Maunganui franchisee Rhys has built a nice little relationship with local Crossfit gym, Mount Crossfit based in Mt Maunganui. Last yearI had painted a mural inside the gym, and they liked it so much they wanted to pimp out their roadside wall. While I was doing the mural, they were also running a 24 Crossfit competition, "(insert bad word) that". I had my own little workout, continuously going up and down the ladder, left to right and back again and then up and down.
