How did you first get involved with BurgerFuel? I first got involved with BurgerFuel when I was 15 years old. I needed a job and I knew there was a new store opening here in Rotorua so jumped at the opportunity.
What was the thing that attracted you the most to BurgerFuel? I didn't know much about it except that my parents LOVED it, and I knew BurgerFuel had super cool cars and they looked so much cooler than any other hospitality place.
What do you tell your mates and family about BurgerFuel, what are the perks and best parts of being part of the store staff? There is so much more to BurgerFuel than making mean burgers. The overall vibe that the brand brings, their cool uniform and how they treat their staff makes it so worth it. Like any job, hard work pays off.
What motivates and makes you proud to represent the BurgerFuel brand? The BurgerFuel brand motivates me and makes me proud to represent them by supplying some of the tastiest food I have ever come across, supplying healthy and free-range products, and by consistently showing some good old fashioned AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
What is one of the greatest opportunities BurgerFuel has given you? A highlight for me was being 18 years old and being able to travel over to Indianapolis, USA to be a part of the training crew for the first BurgerFuel opening in the USA. The whole experience was surreal. Met so many amazing people and did so many amazing things over their while sharing knowledge about one of the things I love most, my job and customer service.
What is one thing you would say to any potential individual who is looking to work at BurgerFuel? The opportunities I have been given me and the things I have achieved while working hard at BurgerFuel are things that most 19-year olds couldn't say they've done. Being selected as part of the training team for America and purchasing my own house all before turning 20 years old is something I'm so proud of and something I wouldn't have achieved without BurgerFuel.
